Sinopsis

Actors, life‐size puppets and video projection come together in this gripping piece of visual theatre, inspired by the true events related in Gaute Heivoll’s best‐selling Norwegian novel, Before I Burn. Cendres tells the story of an arsonist who, in the 1970s, terrorised the village of Finsland in southern Norway.

It is a poetic and brutal show about the human soul and its constant oscillations between creation and destruction.
