Sinopsis
Chauveau and Mathieu’s Palimpsest first started as an instrumental piece, but unexpectedly ended up absorbing in influences from the inspired lyrics of Bill Callahan’s Smog period. The result is something rare that works both as a magnificent and unpredictable cover album and one of the dreamiest and richest soundtracks for the present day. As a complement to the show, the opportunity to feel Callahan’s songs in their natural state in the documentary Apocalypse: a Bill Callahan tour film, which will be shown before the concert.
