Sinopsis
Joana Sá establishes herself with her first work as one of the brightest piano composers and iconoclasts of the Portuguese scene. Her work transcends and revolutionizes the instrument, proposing a sound, scenic and performative dramaturgy which translates into a shadow/light play among multiple objects, as well as into an equally remarkable video work by Daniel Neves. The day after the concert for the general public, Joana Sá invites children and families to join her on stage on a journey into the imagery of her piece Through this looking glass, inspired by Lewis Carroll’s Alice.
