Sinopsis
Rather than visions of scarcity and catastrophe, the 21st century needs stories of better life styles and a possible future. The creation of such a future is already being supported by countless individual and collective initiatives developing sustainable economic strategies and lifestyles. The FUTURZWEI (Future 2.0) project of social psychologist Harald Welzer joins these stories on a website, showing in the process that alternative models to the consumption society are more widespread than one might expect and that they create more personal and collective well being.
