Topias Urbanas is a project being undertaken with the people of Chelas, an area of Lisbon close to the Teatro Maria Matos that is composed of a group of very diverse neighbourhoods, both in terms of their urban materiality and their daily life, and is very o en regarded by those who do not live there as a peripheral island in the urban fabric of the city. On this day, we propose a public meeting at which we will present some of the topics emerging from this ongoing work.
