Sinopsis
Topias Urbanas will settle for nine months in the borough of Chelas, an enourmous urbanisations project in the heart of Lisbon, but socially and culturally separated from the rest of the city. Cartografias do Bairro is an installation, conference room and documentation centre that will try to (re)locate this place in constant change among us.
