Sinopsis
Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors, from 1964, is a cinematographic masterpiece by Sergei Paradjanov, an Armenian who decided to use the folk traditions of Ukraine to create a vertiginous cinematic allegory of unique colours and intense spirituality. No-one better than the Jeremy Barnes and Heather Trost duo, who have long been passionate about the Eastern European culture, to play live a new soundtrack to this lm.
