Sinopsis
Hate Radio is a faithful reconstitution of a broadcast by the popular Rwandan radio station Radio-Télévision Libre des Milles Collines, which in 1994 broadcasted political announcements and vehement appeals to racial hatred, therefore acting as an efficient propaganda tool in the massacre of the Tutsi minority.
