Sinopsis
VA Wölfl is probably Germany’s most visionary and dauntless choreographer. No wonder that he and his ensemble took inspiration from a verse of the Apocalypse – And I looked and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, Revelation, 14,1 – to create yet another work of radical and disturbing imagery, somewhere in between surrealism and hyper-realism. Starkly visual, the piece deconstructs the banality of business as usual and depicts a society enrolled in its own fears.
