Sinopsis

In Burning bright in the forest of the night, the Argentinean playwright and stage director Mariano Pensotti revisits the gure of Alexandra Kollontai, a Soviet revolutionary and feminist. Searching for echoes of the Russian Revolution in today’s Latin America, the play discusses the dichotomy between being a spectator or a participant in History and investigates the validity of some ideas about the political control over people’s bodies.
